Manuscript preparation

Please follow the guidelines when preparing your paper:

  • Paper size is A4.
  • The paper includes the author name and affiliation (full address including country).
  • There are no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
  • The File is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution figures).
  • All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
  • Reference lists are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.
  • Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
  • A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.

Video & Presentation Guideline

  • 1. Using Power Point
  • 2. Maximum duration of presentation: 10 mins.
  • 3. Video max size 50 Mb; file format MP4.
  • 4. The video needs to show the slide presentation and the face of presenters while presenting. PLease use virtual Background.
  • • The format is shown below:

6. Submission of recorded presentation will be closed on September 15th, 2021

Submission Guidelines

1. Please click “new submission” in Paper Submission Menu. You will directly linked to the submission Web page for ICSASARD 2021 or click here

2. Login to the Conference System

  • If you already have an EasyChair account then use your User name and Password to log in
  • If you need to create an EasyChair account click on create an account/sign up for an account

3. Click make a new submission

4. Please fill out the submission form

a. Please fill in author/authors information. Please check corresponding author if you’re a corresponding and check presenter if you’re a presenter.

b. Input Title and Abstract.

c. At this step provide a list of keywords that describe your paper. You must specify at least three keywords, one per line.

d. Please select topics relevant to your submission from the following list. Topics are typically used for assigning submissions to reviewers and for conference analytics. You must select exactly one topic.

e. Please upload the file ( Full Paper in word document with file extension .docx, Conference Receipt and Publication Receipt with file extension .pdf/.jpeg/.jpg/.png )

*note: you don’t have to upload all files at one time, but please note the important dates that informed on the website

5. Click on the Submit button. Do not press the button twice: uploading may take time!
